8:00 AM Fit Yoga
Fit`Yoga offers classes in the Power Vinyasa, Yogastyle, linking breath and movement. It is a dynamic, flowing practice which cultivates strength, flexibility, balance, focus and endurance. In Yoga, uniting the mind and body through breath is a tool that can be used to maintain balance throughout all of life’s activities. Weights, straps, wheels and blocks!
The obstacle course is custom-created for your specific party, and is designed to challenge and exhilarate your guests. Each party is 2 hours long. After your guests have arrived, they will receive course instruction, safety procedures, and demonstrations. Guests will be able to ask any questions and express any concerns to the trainer at this time.
Than the fun begins! Guests should wear athletic clothing and shoes for optimal course performance. Courses vary based on the needs and ages of your guests. The Trainer will be right with the group the entire time to provide motivation, guidance, safety and FUN! and OF COURSE Obstacle course participants receive a finishers medal upon completion!
Once the hour is complete, your guests will be invited to join you for food and beverages and/or cake and presents. Please talk to us directly about your decorating needs.
Cost is $149 for current members and $169 for non members. Each party is 2 hours long (One hour of obstacle course fun and one hour of food/cake/presents etc). Cost includes 10 participating guests. (add on $10 for each additional participant) (Parents/family etc are welcome to come attend and watch the fun at no extra cost
Obstacle racing is on the rise and Super D's wants to dig in and build well equipped teams to participate in the challenge! It is critical to be well prepared for these events so I have created a training program that anyone can participate in and successfully complete the race at the end!
Each "brand" of Obstacle Racing has their own signature challenges. We will be hosting different training programs through out the year specifically pertaining to each race (Warrior, Tough Mudder, Rugged Maniac, Spartan, etc.
9:00 AM Strength Training
This class specializes in the use of resistance to induce muscular contraction which builds the strength, anaerobic endurance, and size of skeletal muscles. Strength training can provide significant functional benefits and improvement in overall health and well-being. This type of training commonly uses the technique of progressively increasing the force output of the muscle through incremental weight increases and uses a variety of functional exercises and types of equipment to target specific muscle groups.
