Personal training at Super D's is just that, PERSONAL! Workouts are tailored to meet the clients at their fitness level while challenging them to reach the next level; each session is created to meet the specifics needs of the client. Nutrituion is an important part of a healthy lifestyle, so meal plans are created for the individual client and additional nutritional guidance is always available. The trainers are always available to their clients for all the accountability, encouragement and motivation they need to succeed. Our goal is to support you the best we can and assist you in reaching your personal goals.

Obstacles Parties!!!

Move over Pizza Parlors!! Super D's is introducing Obstacle themed parties!! Whether its for your child's Birthday, a sports team celebration or just a fun afternoon with friends...what Kid (or adult!) wouldn't have a blast jumping walls, climbing ropes and acting like a bear all around the gym??!!!

Obstacle Course Training

Obstacle racing is on the rise and Super D's wants to dig in and build well equipped teams to participate in the challenge! It is critical to be well prepared for these events so I have created a training program that anyone can participate in and successfully complete the race at the end!

Each "brand" of Obstacle Racing has their own signature challenges. We will be hosting different training programs through out the year specifically pertaining to each race (Warrior, Tough Mudder, Rugged Maniac, Spartan, etc.

Interval Training

Are you tired of spending hours at the gym and not getting the results you want? Looking for a way to cross train for another sport? Trying to fit into that wedding dress or skinny jeans? Come try our group interval classes that challenge all fitness levels. Our classes run 45 mins to 1 hour long and will help you burn those calories, build muscle, and rev up that metabolism to get you past that plateau. Our schedule includes total body, upper body, lower body, and cardio workouts. 

There's strength in numbers. True statement, especially in our group classes.
